Entry Requirements: Candidates must either hold a position as a Slinger/Signaller in the construction industry or be able to evidence their experience within the last 2 years.

Duration: No fixed duration

This qualification is practical & knowledge-based, your experience in your designated, and offers a gateway to a number of exciting opportunities for progression, including supervisory and management qualifications.

This course is ideal for experienced Slinger/Signaller operatives who are working in the construction industry.

What is the process?
All evidence and assessments will be managed by the e-portfolio system – vLEARN
You will be assessed through a variation of assessment methods. Evidence will be collated by both the assessor and the candidate through observations, professional discussions, witness testimonies and supporting documentary evidence.
The evidence you gather and upload to your vLearn e-portfolio portal, will be assessed by your designated assessor who will need to prove you are competent in your chosen trade NVQ, this can be done by observing you demonstrating that you carry out their normal work activities competently to the industry standard whilst complying with current legislation.

Your assessor will work with the candidate to confirm that they have met the requirements of the units of the qualification.

You must be assessed in a work environment – workplace evidence of skills can not be simulated.
